Abstract
Small businesses and first-time founders create many jobs, yet a large share of them close within a few years. The cause is rarely a lack of effort. The real gap lies between a good idea and a well-run business. Founders seldom get proper market checks, cannot afford expert help, and end up juggling separate tools for accounts, staff, tasks, and planning. Popular chatbots can answer questions, but they forget earlier chats, sometimes get arithmetic wrong, have no link to a company’s real records, and cannot turn advice into tracked work. This paper presents BizMind, a multi-agent AI assistant that stays with a founder from the first idea to the daily running of the business. It checks feasibility, builds the plan and roadmap, keeps the ledger, assigns tasks, and supports everyday decisions. Six specialized agents share one Stateful Business Context Memory (SBCM) that is tied to the company’s live database, and a deterministic code layer, not the language model, handles every financial calculation. On a test of 250 business scenarios and a study with 45 founders and mentors, BizMind reported an 88.6% strategy-feasibility score, a planning time of 11.5 minutes against 18.4 days, a 0.0% calculation-error rate, and a usability score of 86.4. These are reported figures and should be treated as provisional until the data, method, and scripts are released for independent checking.
