Effectiveness of Training on Knowledge and Practices of Biological Sample Collection Among Healthcare Workers: A Pre-Test/Post-Test Study

Abstract

This study aims to assess how training interventions improve the knowledge and practical skills of healthcare workers or lab technicians related to biological sample collection (e.g., blood, urine, saliva). A pre-test will be administered to evaluate baseline knowledge, followed by a training session that includes standard operating procedures, hygiene, sample labeling, transport, and storage. A post-test will then be used to measure knowledge and skill improvement.
